Return Policy

This is the Return Policy for Kean Miles. You may return an item within a reasonable time-frame of receiving it (within a week is preferred, up to a maximum of 30 days) if it isn't what you expected, arrived damaged, it doesn't fit, etc. To return your item, please follow these guidelines:

  1. Please contact us ahead of time by phone or email to arrange for the return of your item.
  2. The item should be in brand new condition as it was received. All original packaging and manufacturer tags should be intact. For obvious reasons, all clothing, masks and costumes must be un-worn with all the original tags attached.
  3. Upon receipt of your return, the full amount of the returned items will be refunded. We will handle shipping costs for defective items and exchanges. The following non-merchandise items are not eligible for refund: expedited shipping, international shipping and gift wrap.
